Godshall is aiding an established and highly respected commercial real estate development company in their search for a strong Accounting A/R and A/P Specialist to assist with their accounting department. This person will also be responsible for cost accounting for new development projects. Duties include inputting and tracking 400+ invoices per month, including all corresponding billings to tenants and others.; allocating expenses to numerous internal companies with over 150 commercial tenants.; and maintaining involvement in the company's development projects to ensure transactions are accounted for properly. Qualified candidates must have prior AP/AR experience and a business degree. Candidates must also have a full understanding of operational processes to ensure transaactions are accounted for properly. Construction experience is highly preferred.

Primary duties in this role will include but are not limited to handling bank account reconciliations, monthly branch P&Lís, daily cash management report, credit card processing for all agents and producing/mailing out of 1099 and 1096 to all agents in January. Qualified candidates will have a 4-year degree preferably in accounting, 4+ years of bookkeeping experience and be proficient in QuickBooks.

Our client is looking for a Loan Operations Analyst to manage, monitor and maintain Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) eligible accounts. Duties will include researching, compiling, analyzing and summarizing data with moderate to high complexity. This role will also assist with training of lending personnel on requirements associated with FHLB. Job functions will also include recommendation of policies designed to maximize potential utilization of FHLB funding as well as coordination of internal and external audits for compliance and credit risk review. Qualified candidates will have a college degree and be familiar with commercial, residential and consumer loan portfolios. Candidates must have analytical skills and be proficient in Excel and report writing. Experience in Portfolio Management is required. Local bank is in need of a Loan Fulfillment Loan Operations Specialists to prepare commercial loan documents such as promissory notes, deeds/mortgages, and security agreements within specified due date and time and review due diligence/supporting documents to ensure loan documents are prepared according to bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines. Candidates will also perform quality control reviews of loan documents prepared by peers and will assisted lenders with questions regarding documents. Growing local bank is seeking an experience Loan Fulfillment professional to work with insurance vendors and lenders to resolve errors in insurance calculation and assist with questions regarding exceptions, documentation and valuation of collateral. Candidates must have exceptional organizational and time management skills as well as a high level of critical thinking. Loan document preparation or review experience is required. 3+ years of experience of banking and experience in loan operations or processing is required. Advanced knowledge of insurance types including flood insurance requirements of FEMA and FDIC guidelines.
