Our client is looking for a Loan Operations Analyst to manage, monitor and maintain Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) eligible accounts. Duties will include researching, compiling, analyzing and summarizing data with moderate to high complexity. This role will also assist with training of lending personnel on requirements associated with FHLB. Job functions will also include recommendation of policies designed to maximize potential utilization of FHLB funding as well as coordination of internal and external audits for compliance and credit risk review. Qualified candidates will have a college degree and be familiar with commercial, residential and consumer loan portfolios. Candidates must have analytical skills and be proficient in Excel and report writing. Experience in Portfolio Management is required. Local bank is in need of a Loan Fulfillment Loan Operations Specialists to prepare commercial loan documents such as promissory notes, deeds/mortgages, and security agreements within specified due date and time and review due diligence/supporting documents to ensure loan documents are prepared according to bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines. Candidates will also perform quality control reviews of loan documents prepared by peers and will assisted lenders with questions regarding documents. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in loan operations/loan processing environment, be familiar with loan document platforms, and have detailed knowledge of commercial and/or retail loan documentation requirements, including collateral perfection.

Growing local bank is seeking an experience Loan Fulfillment professional to work with insurance vendors and lenders to resolve errors in insurance calculation and assist with questions regarding exceptions, documentation and valuation of collateral. Candidates must have exceptional organizational and time management skills as well as a high level of critical thinking. Loan document preparation or review experience is required. 3+ years of experience of banking and experience in loan operations or processing is required. Advanced knowledge of insurance types including flood insurance requirements of FEMA and FDIC guidelines.

This role will be responsible for the day to day oversight and supervision of the internal audit department that includes organizing, planning and conducting the audit activities. This role will require a bachelorís degree in accounting, finance or business, over 10 years of experience in progressive audit, compliance or risk management experience within a financial industry and a professional certification (CPA, CIA, CBA, CFSA, CISA, etc.). In order to successful in this role, one must have excellent analytical skills, the ability to develop and maintain satisfactory relationships with other bank executives/managers and other third parties, and a successful record of staff and project supervision/management.

Salary:  $100,000.00 to $120,000.00

Local bank is in need of a Small Business Banking Underwriter to review, analyze and make decisions on credit packages for matured/new small business banking loans within the bank's loan portfolio. Will also be responsible for general screening of renewals, new loan requests and modifications of commercial banking credit transactions to ensure the bank's profitability goals and risk management strategies are balances appropriately and effective portfolio management practices are adhered to. Qualified candidates will have a finance or accounting degree, 5+ years of banking experience preferably in credit analyst or loan review and a minimum of 2 years of experience directly involved in commercial/business banking lending/risk management.

Salary:  Starting at $65,000.00

Local bank is in need of a Senior Internal Auditor to plan and organize internal audit assignments to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and systems of risk management, and efficiency of operations in the assigned business units, functions, or activities. Will also perform risk analysis, identify internal controls, and design and execute audit tests of controls and transactions in accordance with professional standards. Qualified candidates will have a BS in accounting or finance, 5+ years of related experience, strong analytical skills and good communication skills.

Salary:  $60,000.00 to $65,000.00
