Our client is seeking a strong administrative assistant with 2 years of commercial construction experience to be responsible for day to day management of project documents including light bookkeeping. Duties will include assembling contracts, drawing logs, labor/equipment rates, and insurance documents from subcontractors. This role will also be responsible for managing documents for the construction project including jobsite files and project logs. The PMC will also process invoices for the jobsite and assist with expense reports and tracking. Candidates need to be flexible, detail-oriented, and team players. Must be able to produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines. A strong work ethic and excellent listening and communication skills are imperative!

Salary:  $35,000.00 to $45,000.00

This person will meet with clients, process paperwork, generate reports, maintain client records, print trade confirmations, and prepare/send outgoing mail. Additional duties include assisting with seminar logistics, conducting investment research, and managing other projects when needed. Position could be a full or part time role.

Salary:  $15.00/Hr to $20.00/Hr

Greenville firm is seeking a dynamic team player to reactively and proactively interact with employees on all office needs. Will wear many hats with an emphasis on project management. Will be responsible for interacting with vendors - including IT, construction, office supplies, machines and phones. Will research process improvement tools and assist in the development of streamlining office policies and procedures. Executive assistant skills will be needed as this person will assist team members in administrative duties and manage other administrative assistants.

Salary:  $45,000.00 to $50,000.00
