- A minimum of a 4 year degree, master's degree is preferred
- Knowledge of and experience in the recruiting and hiring process
- Knowledge of employment related laws (federal and SC)
- Prior success in a sales related position preferably in the Upstate market
- Experience leading, supervising or coaching others
- Commitment to serving our community through volunteer leadership roles
