Customer Service Representative (38690)

Local distributor is seeking an outgoing and energetic customer service representative with strong administrative skills to join their team! This role will be responsible for greeting walk-in customers and assisting them with placing orders, researching products for availability and creating custom pricing quotes for orders. Candidates must have QuickBooks Pro experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. This environment requires you to be service oriented to customers but also to co-workers. Ability and willingness to help out in all areas of the business is required! Must love dogs!!

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and MS Office
  • 3+ years working in an office environment with customer service background
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
