Inside Sales and Administrative Support (39262)

Local company is seeking a multi-faceted and dynamic individual to support their sales reps located throughout the country. Primary responsibilities will be to create quotes, order confirmations and invoices, calculate custom products and set up/follow up on projects. Position will also communicate with dealers/customers on a daily basis about projects and check with forwarders on status of products being shipped. This role will require someone who is highly proficient in Excel and Access as they will be using these daily.

Salary: $40,000.00

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 3-5 years experience supporting sales teams
  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written
