Manager of Succession Planning and Development | Direct Hire

Godshall has already found your next career! This human resources professional will oversee identification of future attrition and future leaders. Will be responsible for the training and development planning, content and implementation for individuals who can grow with the company. Will help identify performance management needs and work along side the HR department and the Learning and Development team. Must have years of experience working with mid to large sized companies on succession planning and leadership development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design
  • 2 years' experience with developing and training leadership courses
  • Experience in succession planning for large corporation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Instructional Design background in concept development and implementation.
