Godshall has already found your next career! Thriving real estate firm is seeking an office assistant with experience in bookkeeping to manage all administrative functions in the office. Position could be full or part time hours. This person will maintain office files, manage the calendar, input invoices into QuickBooks, process checks, and run reports in Excel. Additional duties include gathering market data, running errands, writing letters, and handling other administrative functions when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • PowerPoint experience
