This position will be responsible for interacting with, assisting and providing technical support to plan participants/sponsors. Applicants must have strong phone and email communication skills, technical savvy, assist company's clients remotely and the ability to learn!

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Personality is key, must be willing to learn
  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • Prior call center experience and experience in retail banking, pension/retirement plan administration, administrative assistant or tech support a plus
