Loan Fulfillment Exceptions Specialist (40574)

This growing bank in beautiful downtown Greenville is seeking a talented Loan Fulfillment Exceptions Specialist to perform detail post-closing review of loan documents, review supporting documents, cite document deficiencies and review trailing documents. This role will be part of an exception review team as well as a part of the insurance monitoring team. In order to be successful in this role, you will need property insurance experience as well as experience working in a loan operations, loan processing or branch environment. Candidates will also need to be able to learn quickly, work independently, and hold exceptional critical thinking, communication and organization skills.

Salary: $32,000.00

Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year experience in a loan operations/loan processing/branch environment
  • Experience with property insurance
  • Basic knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication and organizational skills
  • Quick learner and ability to work independently
