Accounting/ Human Resources:  This experienced duo has 20 years with Godshall!  Ginny Beach has worked at Godshall for over 14 years.  Prior to working at Godshall, she worked as a recruiter in the Philadelphia area.  Ginny has a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston .  Ginny is currently serving on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Kroc Center Operations Committee and the Legislative Committee of the Chamber of Commerce.  She has also served on the Board of Connections, Women Leaders of the Upstate and has been involved with United Way ’s Success by 6.  Although Ginny is a seasoned recruiter, she continues to love interviewing and connecting candidates with a great career. Ana Davis has an amazing story to tell.  She was born and raised in Colombia, South America.  Ana has been in the United States for twelve years and is now an American citizen.  She has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Masters in Human Resources from Webster University.  Ana's wealth of knowledge comes from a background in international sales, human resources, and accounting!  Ana's community involvement spans from serving on the Board of Directors for Loaves and Fishes, Greer Relief, and the Greer Chamber of Commerce. She is also involved with Spartanburg Human Resources Association (SHRA).

Technical/ Engineering:  This team  has more experience than most recruiting offices combined!  Richard Heard has spent the past 18 years with our firm.  Richard has an expansive background in manufacturing management with a world renowned manufacturing firm, was a technical sales engineer and sales manager and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.  His specialty has been R&D, Engineering, and Technical positions, where he has built an unmatched network over his 18 year tenure with Godshall. He is an active member of SME&AME. Kendra Dennis is a cum laude graduate of Furman University with process improvement and management experience with a world-renowned textile manufacturer prior to joining Godshall in 2004.  Kendra has spent her time on the Technical team building her network of engineering, manufacturing management, IT, and technical professionals.  In 2008 she received certifications for a CSP (certified staffing professional) and TSC (technical service certified) by the American Staffing Association.  Kendra is known by all as a "straight shooter" who will never leave a stone unturned.  She is truly dedicated to our clients and candidates and it shows in all of her interactions.  She is a Rotarian, affiliated with Anderson Rotary as well as being involved in ASQ (American Society for Quality) and GSATC.

Amanda Poole Smith (front left) is a graduate of Presbyterian College . She grew up in Spartanburg and spent several years in the banking industry before joining the team at Godshall in 2005. LeAnne Jeanes White    (front right) is an eight year veteran of our firm. She grew up in the Upstate and graduated from Clemson University . She came to Godshall after working for the SC Governors office and in the hospitality industry. She is a recipient of the Order of the Palmetto and a Leadership Greenville Alumnus. Catherine Bladen Culler (back left) is a native of Greenville and a graduate of Clemson University . Prior to her 8 years at Godshall, she was a sales representitive and trainer in the medical industry. Katherine Schuler Ericson (back right) is a graduate of Wake Forest University and has 9 years experience working with the largest radiology practice in the Carolinas prior to joining Godshall four years ago .
