Richard Heard, CSP, TSC

Richard has been a member of our firm since 1991.  Richard has an expansive background in manufacturing management with a world renowned manufacturing firm, was a technical sales engineer and sales manager and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.  His specialty has been R&D, Engineering, and Technical positions, where he has built an unmatched network over his tenure with Godshall. He is an active member of SME&AME.

Kendra Dennis, CSP, TSC

Kendra is a cum laude graduate of Furman University with process improvement and management experience with a world-renowned textile manufacturer prior to joining Godshall in 2004.  Kendra has spent her time on the Technical team building her network of engineering, manufacturing management, IT, and technical professionals.  In 2008 she received certifications for a CSP (certified staffing professional) and TSC (technical service certified) by the American Staffing Association.  Kendra is known by all as a "straight shooter" who will never leave a stone unturned.  She is truly dedicated to our clients and candidates and it shows in all of her interactions.  She is a Rotarian, affiliated with Anderson Rotary as well as being involved in ASQ (American Society for Quality) and GSATC.

Michael Bays

Mike is a graduate of Clemson University, he holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Management. He most recently worked with a world-renowned software and hardware company recruiting senior level IT, engineering and sales professionals. Since coming on board with Godshall in 2010, Mike has built an unmatched network of IT professionals and has helped companies gain top talent in this field.  Interestingly, Mike still holds the record for career push-ups during his tenure as the Clemson Tiger mascot!
