Independent agency is looking for a benefits consultant to work small business accounts with 10-100 lives. Must be detailed and knowledgeable to work with client partners. Will prepare RFPs and proposals using AMS. Will interact with client and client's employees, insurance companies and vendors to resolve issues related to claims, billing, eligibility, etc. with a sense of urgency. Communication skills are a must to help with employee education. Will assemble and review enrollment materials and advise client and broker of carrier approval and rates.
