Responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, supervising, and evaluating the staff in the performance of their duties, ensuring all legal responsibilities of the organization are met, assisting in recruitment and orientation/training programs for board, and preparing/managing the board approved annual budget. Other duties will include advocating for increased services through improved funding at the local, state, and federal level, representing the agency to the community through personal appearances and presentations, blog posts, letters to the editor, and media interviews, and writing/managing federal, state, and private foundation grants.

Salary:  $50,000.00 to $70,000.00

Established CPA firm is seeking a part time office assistant to enter information into spreadsheets, reconcile statements, categorize expenses, and type/format letters. Additional duties include answering phones, greeting clients, filing, and managing other administrative tasks when needed. Must have Excel proficiency, a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, clean credit. Hours will be 10-20 hours/week in the summer and will pick up to 25-30 hours during first quarter tax season. Office opens at 9:00am and closes each day between 11:00a-1:00p.

Salary:  $12.00/Hr to $14.00/Hr
