This is a leadership role, which will supervise one employee, a benefits coordinator. The Benefits Manager will oversee all administration of employee benefits, assigning plans to new employees, updating plan changes, collaborating and negotiating with benefits brokers and more. An extensive and current knowledge of government regulations as they relate to benefits, including FMLA, FLSA, etc. is critical to this role. This person will take the lead on all communication with internal employees regarding anything benefits related and therefore must have outstanding customer service skills.

Office Manager
