Thriving manufacturing firm is seeking an office administrator to run the office operations including responding to customers, processing orders, sourcing material, ordering inventory, managing shipping and receiving, maintaining router maintenance, and handling other general administrative duties. Additional duties include maintaining samples, arranging travel, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and supporting company president.

Salary: $14.00/Hr to $17.00/Hr

Requirements

  • 4+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency
