Customer Service Representative | Temp to Hire

Godshall has already found your next career! Third party administrator looking for a health insurance customer service representative to assist employers, members and physicians with questions and concerns related to various lines of business to include; health, dental, vision, disability, and wellness. Must have knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with health insurance, explaining EOB's, and problem solving. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm.

Requirements

  • Must be able to spend 90% of scheduled time on the phones and sitting for long periods of time
  • Prior experience working with various lines of medical insurance
  • Medical Terminology
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
