Senior Member Service Representative | Temp to Hire

A local credit union is seeking a talented Lead Member Service Representative to assist customers with requests related to loan processing, products and services, and resolving any issues. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of prior banking experience, prior call center management experience, a high level of professionalism, and clean personal credit. In order to be successful in this role, one will need to be comfortable be the point of contact for handling escalated calls in a pleasant and professional manner and be confident in identifying cross-selling opportunities and advising managers of key operating issues affecting the department.

Salary: $16.00/Hr to $18.00/Hr
