Benefits Manager

Godshall has already found your next career! Locally owned and operated business with over 1,000 employees is seeking a talented and experienced Benefits Manager to join their HR team. This is a leadership role, which will supervise one employee, a benefits coordinator. The Benefits Manager will oversee all administration of employee benefits, assigning plans to new employees, updating plan changes, collaborating and negotiating with benefits brokers and more. An extensive and current knowledge of government regulations as they relate to benefits, including FMLA, FLSA, etc. is critical to this role. This person will take the lead on all communication with internal employees regarding anything benefits related and therefore must have outstanding customer service skills.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00

Requirements

  • 4+ years of benefits administration experience including at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Recent experience utilizing an HRIS system to update benefits
  • Bachelor Degree in business or human resources required
  • PHR or SPHR desired
