Part Time Administrative Assistant | Contract

This unique role is designed to be a long term "on call" administrative role with fairly consistent part time hours to fill in for vacations and overflow workloads by providing admin support to a busy department. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, compiling data for reports, typing memos, preparing purchase orders, preparing special mailings, etc. Must have 3-5 years of related administrative assistant experience coupled with proficiency of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary: $16.00/Hr to $18.00/Hr
