Our service oriented client is seeking a customer focused professional to take calls from clients requesting repairs and route them accordingly to technicians. Candidates must be familiar with the local geographic area of Greenville and have excellent problem solving and planning skills. Data entry skills are necessary as well as the desire to take on additional responsibilities as needed. This person should display a customer comes first attitude recognize that role serves both external customers and internal customers who are their teammates. 2+ years of experience working in a customer service role where planning and organization skills are critical.
