Construction Loan Sales Assistant

Our client in Greer is seeking a professional and upbeat sales assistant to coordinate their client construction loan process and ensure the loans close quickly. Responsibilities will include following up on necessary documents, scheduling appraisals, requesting draws based on construction progress. This role will also require making calls to prospective clients to set up appointments for the sales team and assisting clients in selecting finishes for their new homes. Proficiency in MS Office and strong project coordination skills required.

Salary: $40,000.00
