Project Manager/Grants Writer

This faith based non-profit organization is looking for passionate and driven Project Manager/Grants Writer to ensure that a portfolio of institutional grants is administered and implemented with excellence; this includes understanding, communicating and implementing best practices, donor requirements and organizational policies in the administration of grant funding to the organization's staff and partners around the world. Responsibilities will include monitoring grants through the entire post-award lifecycle, including planning, implementation, sub-contract management and grant close-out procedures, ensuring financial and activity-based compliance. To be considered for this excellent opportunity, one will need to have a bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferably, 3+ years of project management experience including at least one year of experience managing U.S. government grants, proficiency in MS Office and various financial software products. Global or non-profit experience and fluency in French is a huge plus! Opportunities to travel domestically and internationally if interested!

Salary: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience including 1 year of experience managing U.S. government grants
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various financial software products
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Global or non-profit experience is a plus
  • Fluency in French a plus
  • Passion and drive to help others
