A fantastic client in Greenville, SC is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to support HR, benefits, recruiting, and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities will include employee onboarding, recruiting support, and HR support including employment verifications, invoices and HR audits. To be successful in this role, in addition to the requirements below, one will need to be hungry to learn, extremely detail oriented, excellent at managing time, and enjoy the dynamic challenges of supporting a dynamic workforce!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in HR related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR related position
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Sharp, analytical thinking skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
