Human Resources Specialist

Godshall has already found your next career! Successful family owned and operated business in growth mode is seeking a qualified HR professional to run their HR department. These responsibilities have previously been outsourced to a consultant but are now being brought in house. This will be a department of one, so this person will need significant experience in all aspects of human resources including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding and credentialing, payroll and benefits, and more. This person will have the opportunity to add to existing policies and procedures as well as to create new ones. While they will be based in the Greer office, they will have recruiting initiatives across multiple states.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience working in an HRIS system
  • Exposure to payroll processing
