Loan Operations Manager

This position will be responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring the loan operations team's performance using production and quality control metrics, assisting senior managers with certain projects, and continuing to establish and maintain department policies and procedure manuals to accurately reflect processes and process controls. To be successful in this role, one will have 3+ years of managing direct reports in a commercial and consumer loan operations environment, have a strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements for consumer and commercial portfolios, be a team builder and self-starter, and be able to effectively perform performance reviews and build management plans consisting of goals for their staff.

Salary: $55,000.00
