Healthcare Data Analyst

This talented individual will be supporting the creation of statistics for provider reimbursements and will be performing statistical data analysis to understand the impact of these contracts. This person will develop case rates, bundled service financial arrangements, and reimbursement schedules by analyzing data. The role requires handling multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with data teams, and communicating findings and plans effectively. Must be willing to travel. Phenomenal opportunity for manager care or insurance backgrounds.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' experience in healthcare analytics role examining and creating provider reimbursement avenues
  • Working knowledge of KPIs, healthcare insurance risk, financing, and claims
  • Experience with digital health solutions, electronic medical records, and patient data
  • Ability to access and manipulate data from large databases with SQL and AWS
  • Experience working in a matrix organization in addition to leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills and troubleshooting capabilities
