Innovative healthcare technology company is looking for an experienced customer support specialist who can effectively close customer tickets and support the regulatory reporting manager in resolving customer issues in a timely and courteous manner. Ideally this person will be confident, relational and an excellent problem solver and communicator.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years in operations/support management in healthcare industry to identify, research and resolve technical problems
  • Prior software support call center experience is a must
