We are representing a growing and well-respected firm that is seeking an experienced legal assistant to support the workload of multiple attorneys specializing in intellectual property matters. Their busy attorneys rely on their Legal Assistants to be strong, independent thinkers who are very detail oriented and thrive on working at a fast pace. This role will handle all aspects of legal case preparation and file management from commencement through granting of patents, copyrights, or trademarks - all are critical to the success of the firm. The ideal candidate for will be a natural leader who is driven, highly organized and comes to work each day with ready to take on any challenge. Salary: $45,000.00

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Ability to multi-task at a fast pace
  • High level attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and change direction seamlessly
  • Willingness and ability to work independently and problem solve
