Executive Administrative Assistant

This CPA firm is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the team. Responsibilities include phone reception, filing/copying, electronic file maintenance, database management, proofing/editing correspondence, creating/maintaining Excel files and other reoccurring administrative duties. Must have strong proficiency in MS Office, professional oral/written communication, and a sound ability to work as a team. Heavy attention to detail is required. QuickBooks experience a plus.

Requirements

  • MS Office proficiency, including advanced Word, basic knowledge of Excel and strong understanding of Adobe and Mail Merge a plus
  • Heavy attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Strong written communication and grammar with the ability to proofread and edit
  • Clean personal credit
  • QuickBooks experience a strong plus
