Office Manager

Are you tired of being feeling unappreciated in a big firm where it is hard to see your contribution? Make a difference in the family owned firm by wearing multiple hats in admin, customer service and light accounting while enjoying the perk wearing jeans to work and leaving at 4:30pm each day to beat the traffic home. This small office environment needs an experienced multi-tasker to answer phones, enter orders into QuickBooks, invoicing, filing, ordering office supplies, and preparing monthly reports. Must have MS Office with QuickBooks experience being highly preferred! Hours can be 7:30-4:30 or 8-4:30.

Salary: $14.00/Hr to $15.00/Hr
