POS Helpdesk Support

Love technical support? Godshall has found your next role! A dynamic, well-known organization is searching for a helpdesk support technician to assist their IT support team! In order to thrive in this organization's environment, one will need to be customer focused, committed to high quality, passionate in what they do, and ability to work together in a strong team environment. This role includes installation, analysis of PoS systems, troubleshooting, and a detailed paperwork and ticketing system. Other responsibilities include being involved in on-call rotation, leading project teams, and communication with surrounding teammates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with past and present Microsoft desktop operating systems
  • A+ certification or similar experience
  • Ability to use 3XLogic DVR, Radiant PoS, PDI desktop, ConnectWise, and Labtech
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
