Human Resource Generalist

International manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage a broad scope of strategic, operational, and administrative Human Resources functions. This person will facilitate/enroll employees in benefits; process and manage FMLA, Disability, and Workers' Compensation claims; manage personnel files; and assure governmental compliance by completing proper reporting. Additional responsibilities involve recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee training/development. The proper candidate must demonstrate confidentiality, juggle priorities, maintain a professional/positive attitude, and must possess keen knowledge of Federal and State employment laws. Strong MS office and Outlook proficiency required. This person will also engage in organization of company events, including holiday parties, employee appreciation endeavors, and community outreach initiatives.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00
