Call Center Representative

Large organization in downtown Greenville is seeking experienced call center professionals to assist customers with investigating and resolving issues with accounts. This direct hire role has a monthly bonus potential and the possibility of going permanent! Candidates should be able to comfortably communicate through telephone and email communication. Must be able to remain calm and deal with difficult customers effectively as well as pay great attention to detail and manage multiple priorities. Hiring multiple shifts. 3 week training period hours are 8-5.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years minimum experience in a call center
  • Ability to effectively manage escalated calls
  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to be analytical and utilize cognitive skills to determine appropriate resolutions
  • Strong integrity and work ethic
