Operations Assistant

Tired of a stuffy corporate environment? Excellent opportunity to add variety in a day while working for a relaxed and casual family owned company. Small construction firm is in growth mode and is seeking an office assistant to manage all administrative functions in an office. This person will manage invoicing, budget, process checks, reconcile payments, and record deposits. Additional duties include ensuring accuracy of customer information, submitting contract/design specification to existing lenders, ordering/tracking draws, submitting license renewals, and processing new contractors and suppliers. Excellent opportunity to grow into an advance operations management role.

Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00

Requirements

  • QuickBooks Proficiency
  • MS Office/Outlook Proficiency
  • Spanish Fluency a strong plus
  • Construction administrative experience a strong plus
