Accounting Specialist

Local firm is seeking an experienced accountant and payroll specialist to support the financial management and operations through maintenance of accounting records and reports. Essential functions include report generation, budgeting, preparation of payroll, payroll system maintenance, and payroll budget analysis. Maintenance of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws are critical for this role. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, 3-5 years of payroll and accounting experience, and thorough knowledge of payroll systems, such as ADP, Paychex, or Paycom. Upward mobility potential!

Salary: $20.00/Hr to $25.00/Hr

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5+ years of accounting and payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems
