Office Manager

As an Office Manager, this person will wear many hats including responsibilities in the areas of accounting, HR and administrative support. This position will handle daily AP, AR, posting of payments, and monitoring collections. From an HR perspective, this professional will coordinate the staff benefits for a small office including health insurance, STD, LTD, 401K, and PTO record keeping. Will also work closely with the executive team to provide support with coordinating meetings, reporting, and events. Must have a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and business knowledge. You will love being a part of this team!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting small business owners in accounting, HR, and administrative areas
  • Advanced Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new software
